Sometimes it’s very difficult to achieve but it’s season when this task became possible to do.  There’s something spectacular in these berries; someone can be allergic to them but those who’re not can benefit from using them every day.

People who know strawberries benefits use them for their anti-cancer properties. They’re also very useful for heart diseases because can reduce the risk of coronary heart diseases; the antioxidant qualities of strawberries may also be beneficial in reversing the course of neuronal and behavioural aging being very helpful in slowing and reducing the effects of Alzheimer’s disease. These truly miraculous berries have been shown to inhibit inflammatory processes and are a good source of B2, B5, B6 vitamins, vitamin K, copper, and magnesium.

Strawberries are rich in salicylic acid an ingredient found in many commercial acne creams and thus are the best treatment for acne-prone skin. Can be also used for conditioning and toning skin; they also help to tone, lighten any pigmentation problems and keep skin smooth and supple.

Strawberry face mask recipe
Here’s an example of a fresh strawberry mask: Mix ½ cup of fresh berries with a tablespoon of sour cream. Apply on cleaned skin and leave the mask for 15-20 minutes then wash it with warm water. The Strawberry juice helps to tighten the skin while the cream hydrates tired and dehydrated skin. It’s also a good and gentle scrub.

An easier way to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin is simply to cut a strawberry into half and rub it gently all over the face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes then wash with warm water.
Strawberries can easily remove under-eye puffiness, leave hair glossy and beautifully conditioned. Under-eyes puffiness can be easily removed by placing strawberry slices under eyes and relaxing for 10 minutes. Then just remove slices and moisturize.
For a good looking hair mash few strawberries and massage into damp hair then cover with a shower cap and a warm towel. It should stay on your hair for at least 10 minutes then shampoo as usual.
Strawberries not only are they great for our skin and health, they just taste so good and smell heavenly. You can make your own face masks using your own, favourite ingredients like oils or combining with other berries or fruits.
