<p>Researches proved an important decreasing in cancer apparition if combining physical exercises with a <a href="http://longlifetips.net/tips-for-healthy-sleep" target="_blank">good night sleep</a>.</p>
<p>A few thousands of women participated in a ten years research that proved the fact that physical exercises and a good sleep are crucial in preventing any type of cancer.</p>
<p>Some of the previous experiments had already proved the efficiency of physical training in combating a series of cancer diseases. According to one of the researches, intensive exercises, like dancing, garden work or cleaning decrease the risk of mammary cancer apparition. Another experiment, with the participation of 20 thousands of European women proved that in order to decrease the risk of mammary cancer by 30 % it’s simply necessary to sweep, clean the house and take walks daily. <a href="http://longlifetips.net/exercising-benefits" target="_blank">Health benefits of exercise</a></p>
<p>However after certain researches scientists came to the conclusion that not only exercises are needed in order to prevent cancer. A large attention must be paid to a good sleep, not less than 7 hours per day. If you sleep less the physical training is uselessly.</p>
<p>Scientists from the National Institute of Oncology reached to this conclusion after examining almost 6 thousand women. They were interested in the fact how well these women sleep. After the questionnaire the scientists analyzed the last 10 years medical report of every patient.</p>
<p>As a result of the researches, the physicians diagnosed 604 cases of cancer (186 – mammary cancer). On comparing the situation between healthy and ill women the scientists reached to the conclusion that the risks of more active women to get cancer is by 25 % lower than for the women with a passive way of life. <p><span id="more-135"></span>Nevertheless, the scientists still don’t know how exactly the physical training and the good night sleep influence the prevention of cancer apparition. The next step in the research of the oncologists is to clear how this interdependence works.</p>
<p>Now there are several theories that explain the formula “physical training + sleep”. One of these theories is based on the fact that the lack of sleep also leads to obesity and obesity is one of the factors that lead to the apparition of cancer.</p>
<p>Other theory states that problems with regular sleep lead to hormone imbalance, which also lead to the apparition of cancer.  Another theory is that the lack of sleep is connected with stress; according to  physicians stress make people consume alcohol and cigarettes, factors that are eventually directly responsible for the cancer diseases development.</p>
<p><em>Whatever the theories explain the physical training and sleep interdependence in preventing cancer, the fact is that this combination proved its efficiency.</em></p>

<p style="text-align: left;">A hot bath is probably the original hydrotherapy treatment, and still the best. But as much as you may already enjoy a hot bath, there’s a good chance that you’re not tapping its full potential. At its best, a hot bath can be a surprisingly powerful tool for healing</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Hot bath for Cold prophylactics</strong>. These baths are better to take before sleep. In order to prepare them we need 100 -150 grams of dry mustard to dissolve in one liter of water (36 degrees), after a careful agitation we will feel the smell of mustard oil. All this substance is poured into the bath with hot water (36-38 degrees). The procedure lasts 10-12 minutes. After that we must wash with hot water and lay in bed keeping the hot temperature with blankets. After one hour, when the sweat is gone, wipe off the water excess and go to sleep.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Tonic bath</strong>. The preparation of the bath is similar to what we described in previously. Use clover, couch grass and its rhizome, door weed, horsetail and bur marigold, cembra pine or fir.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Another type of tonic bath</strong>. We have to cut to pieces 1 red grapefruit, three middle-sized lemons. Boiling water should be poured over the pieces of grapefruit and lemons then thrown into the bath. Then we have to add I glass of orange juice. The temperature of the bath should be 2 degrees higher than the temperature of human body. The bath lasts for about 20 minutes.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Bath for skin manifestations</strong>. We have to use 400 g of walnut leaves and pour on it 10-12 liters of boiling water. Then the water is filtered and poured into the bath. The bath lasts 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 38.5 degrees.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Bath for the weight loss</strong>. The birch branches and leaves, some nettle, burdock rhizome and its leaves, dandelion, crouch grass rhizome, chamomile, door weed, horsetail and bur marigold: everything should be mixed in 8-10 liters of cold water, and then everything should be boiled. Let it to stay for 40-50 minutes. All this liquid is poured into the bath which must last about 5-10 minutes depending on its temperature.</p>

The bath lasts for about 7-10 minutes.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">The US Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends never allowing the temperature of the water in your hot tub to exceed 104ºF. Water temperatures over 110ºF have caused a number of deaths, according to their findings. They site that high water temperatures can cause drowsiness to occur that may lead to unconsciousness and drowning. The hot water will raise your body temperature, and thus your blood pressure, that may lead to heat stroke and death. They advise against pregnant women (since excessive water temperatures have a high potential for causing fetal damage during the early months of pregnancy) and young children (since their bodies do not get used to temperature changes as easily as adults do) using hot tubs before consulting a physician. Individuals suffering from obesity or having a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, or diabetes should also consult a physician before using a hot tub.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">- Pregnant women should keep their baths to a maximum of about 37?C (100?F)</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Studies in the New England Journal of Medicine have shown many medical benefits of soaking in a hot tub. One study taken in Colorado has shown that people suffering from type 2 diabetes have significantly brought their blood sugar down by regularly soaking in a hot tub for 15 to 30 minutes each day. Doctors who conducted the study speculated benefits of hot tub therapy could be due to increased blood flow to skeletal muscles.</p>
<p>Another study showed that soaking in a hot tub simulates exercising! The idea is that the hot water raises your body temperature increasing your blood flow in much the same way as exercising. Soaking in a hot tub prior to exercising is a great way to warm up and condition muscles for work. The National Sleep Foundation has shown that a short soak prior to going to bed can ease the transition into a deeper, more restful sleep. This is also accomplished by altering your body&#8217;s temperature. Other studies in various medical journals have shown benefits of soaking in hot water of lowering back pain, relieving stress, reducing body pain, relieving fatigue, lowering body weight, and aiding digestion</p>

These truly miraculous berries have been shown to inhibit inflammatory processes and are a good source of B2, B5, B6 vitamins, vitamin K, copper, and magnesium.<br />If you’re not allergic to them you may use strawberries not only as a food but also as a good base for face packs for treating a lot of skin problems.<br />Strawberries are rich in salicylic acid an ingredient found in many commercial acne creams and thus are the best treatment for acne-prone skin. <p><span id="more-84"></span><strong>Strawberry face mask recipe</strong><br />Here’s an example of a fresh strawberry mask: Mix ½ cup of fresh berries with a tablespoon of sour cream. Apply on cleaned skin and leave the mask for 15-20 minutes then wash it with warm water. The Strawberry juice helps to tighten the skin while the cream hydrates tired and dehydrated skin. It’s also a good and gentle scrub.</p>
<p>An easier way to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin is simply to cut a strawberry into half and rub it gently all over the face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes then wash with warm water.<br />Strawberries can easily remove under-eye puffiness, leave hair glossy and beautifully conditioned. Under-eyes puffiness can be easily removed by placing strawberry slices under eyes and relaxing for 10 minutes. Then just remove slices and moisturize. <br />For a good looking hair mash few strawberries and massage into damp hair then cover with a shower cap and a warm towel. It should stay on your hair for at least 10 minutes then shampoo as usual.<br />Strawberries not only are they great for our skin and health, they just taste so good and smell heavenly. You can make your own face masks using your own, favourite ingredients like oils or combining with other berries or fruits.</p>

But not all fats are good for human organism and not all of fats are well assimilated by it. It’s still important for organism to receive the daily norm of fats, the good ones. The average daily requirement of Essential Fatty Acids is about 20 grams but the body can utilize only about 10 grams per serving that’s why you should include these 20 grams in 2 of your daily meals.</p>
<p>It is nearly impossible to remove fat completely from the diet and it would be unhealthy to do so. Some fatty acids are essential nutrients (can be produced in organism from other compounds) but need to be consumed in small amounts. Another category of fats required by the body are non-essential and can be produced in organism from other compounds. Women need to be careful not to go too far below the recommended minimum body fat % because they risk losing their ability to menstruate or conceive children. The risks are lower for men.</p>

People often feel certain aversion towards this useful fat. Populations from North regions (Chukchi, Aleutians, Eskimos) which live in extreme and difficult conditions don’t have diseases like scurvy, rachitis, hemeralopia, atherosclerosis, hypertonic diseases, even if they consume fat food during all their life. Keep in mind that most women should have a diet of no more than 2,000 calories/day, men no more than 2,500/day.) If you are trying to lose weight, 30 grams of fat. If you are a young teenager about 40-65 grams of fat. Consuming more than 65 grams of fat a day is unhealthy, an adult should have 65 grams or a little less simple</p>

<p>In order to reap the benefits of olive oil, it should be added to food AFTER the food is cooked. Drizzle on salads and fresh vegetables. Topping a tomato with a bit of olive oil will increase your body&#8217;s ability to use the lycopene in the tomato. Pretty cool, eh?</p>
<p><strong>Natural Peanut Butter</strong> = 1 Tbs = 100 cals = 8g fat</p>
<p>A reasonable serving of natural peanut butter is one tablespoon for a snack and two tablespoons for a meal. Please understand that you must eat the NATURAL peanut butter. Read the ingredients and if it lists hydrogentated anything, put it back on the shelf.</p>

<p>Avocados are so yummy! Try them on your salad, on top of black bean soup, with salsa on your eggwhites, or in your tuna wrap. They add a creamy, tasty and satiating bit of fat to your meal so that you stay full until the next feeding.</p>
<p><strong>Ground Flax Seeds</strong> = 1 Tbs = 50 cals = 4g fat</p>
<p>I add a tablespoon to my morning oatmeal. It adds a fun, nutty flavor. It&#8217;s also quite delectible in yogurt or on top of cottage cheese and strawberries.</p>
<p><strong>Flax Seed Oil</strong> = 1 Tbs = 115 cals = 15g fat</p>
<p>Combine with balsamic vinegar for a twist on your typical salad dressing. If you are into that whole nutty flavor thing, try substituting it for peanut butter in your protein shakes.</p>
<p><strong>Salmon</strong> = 4oz = 200 cals = 9.2 g fat</p>
<p>Salmon is high in protein (19grams per 4oz. serving) and low in carbs (0). It is best to eat it broiled, baked, poached or steamed</p>
<p><strong>Remember:</strong> <em>Bad fats: saturated fats, trans-fatty (are found in margarines) acids or It is nearlypartially hydrogenated fats. You must also remember that trans-fats cause significant and serious lowering of good cholesterol (HDL) and significant increase in bad cholesterol (LDL). Trans-fats also make the arteries more rigid, cause clogging of arteries, cause or contribute to type 2 diabetes, cause insulin resistance and cause to other serious health problems.</em></p>

<p><strong>People with a poor sleep are often ill</strong></p>
<p>Sleep well and the chance you get a cold is few times lower than in people who don’t have enough sleep. <br /> American scientists ascertained that a short night sleep is harmful for our health. People who sleep less than 7 hours a day, are more exposed to catarrhal diseases.</p>
<p><center><a href="http://just-healthy.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/POZA1.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-74" title="POZA" src="http://just-healthy.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/POZA1-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a></center><br />The researchers from the  Carnegie Mellon University, led by professor Sheldon Cohen, during four years (from 2000-2004) observed the state of 153 men and women aged 21 to 55 years.</p>
<p>First of all every patient were submitted to a medical examination. The experimenters analyzed everyone’s health condition, the normal quantity of antibodies in blood, counted the index of weight and revealed different particularities of the organism. Then, during 14 days, every patient related their sleeping process: how long did the sleep lasted, what was the general feeling and other particularities. After 14 days every patient was injected with a simple Cold (chill) virus – rhinovirus. Doctors were analyzing the situation of the patient during 5 days, then, after 4 weeks the patients were submitted to a repeated blood analysis.</p>
<p><strong>As a result, the researchers came to the following conclusions. </strong><br />-    People who sleep less are more exposed to catarrhal diseases.  People that sleep less than 7 hours a day are at risk to get cold three times frequently than people who sleep 8 hours and more.</p>
<p>-    As better sleep one gets, as more improbable is the possibility to get a cold. People who practically sleep less than 92% of time, have 5,5% higher probability to get Cold, than those who are in a deep sleep.</p>
<p>-    The self sensation has no influence over the risk of getting ill.</p>
<p>-    The difference in risk to get cold can not be motivated by a weight surplus, by organism’s particularities or other factors. <span id="more-71"></span>Professor Cohen assume the following mechanism of influence “Abnormalities in sleeping process lead to the change in cytokinins and other symptomatic mediators regulation which are generated as a result of the illness” <br /> It is obvious now that a good prolonged sleep is much better than the lack of sleep. But actually, if you think you sleep too much you must consult your physician. It is also important to take into account the individual factor: for some people 5 hour sleep is normal for recovery, for others, not less than ten.</p>
<p><strong>Lack of sleep symptoms</strong></p>
<p>Typical symptoms of an acute lack of good sleep include fatigue, sleepiness, headaches, difficulty concentrating and irritability. These symptoms can result strained social relationships, poor job performance, and increased accident rates</p>
<p>The effects of poor sleep can also create a number of different illnesses.  Most people notice that when they are fully rested they are a lot less likely to get sick; however, whenever they miss a couples days worth of sleep they are at the highest risk of coming down with something.  Some of the physiologically symptoms that little sleep can cause are short term memory loss, high blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, weight loss, weight gain, and blurry vision.  Depending on the individual person, the symptoms will vary significantly.</p>

If these side effects aren’t very scary to you, you should also know about the fact that the lack of sleep can be a cause of type 2 diabetes. <br />If you think you don’t get enough sleep you should see a doctor.</em></p>

<p>Approximate 30% of bar soaps and 75% of liquid soaps are antibacterial which means they contain triclosan &#8211; a synthetic chemical that breaks down rapidly when exposed to chlorinated water and produces toxic chemicals including chloroform. Triclosan also reacts with the free chlorine in tap water to produce lesser amounts of other compounds, like 2,4-dichlorophenol. Most of these intermediates convert into dioxins upon exposure to UV radiation (from the sun or other sources). Although small amounts of dioxins are produced, there is a great deal of concern over this effect, because some dioxins are extremely toxic and are very potent endocrine disruptors. They are also chemically very stable, so that they are eliminated from the body very slowly (they can bioaccumulate to dangerous levels), and they persist in the environment for a very long time. However, dioxin is not one compound, but a family of compounds of widely ranging toxicity. The dioxin compound that formed when triclosan degraded in sunlight is not a dioxin of public health concern.</p>

<p><em>Triclosan is known as a cancerogen but still found in antibacterial soaps,body washes, creams, cosmetics, deodorants, cleaning supplies, lotions, detergents, dishwashing liquids, and mouthwash and toothpaste.</em></p>
<p>Try also to avoid soaps that contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) wich is harmful for the brain, heart, spleen and liver and Fragrance which are<br />
petroleum-based synthetic compounds.</p>

<p>English writer Jerome K. Jerome said that a person after reading the medical encyclopedia will discover he has all the diseases specified in there. It is partially true, because the symptoms of many diseases are similar to each other. It is increased by the tendency of people to hypochondria and to panic whenever there are occasions.</p>
<p>In order to escape from this fear and panicking we have to learn to identify diseases and their “black marks”. In the opportune moments it will help us to make the right decision and to preserve our powers. We are the main doctor for all our diseases. So we must keep accumulating knowledge.</p>

If the ring is permanently on your finger it is possible to get radiculitis or osteochondrosis, hypertension, problems with endocrine system, diseases of gastrointestinal tract and duodenum. If it’s not possible not to wear jewels or rings, at least try to take them off before your sleep. Give your hands some rest.</p>

2. Unexplained changes in bowel habits may be due to inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers, cancers or infections.<br />
3. Chest pain with a pain in the jaw or arm can be a sign of heart disease.<br />
4. Shortness of breath, breathing trouble may indicate lung or heart disease.<br />
5. Sudden unexplained headaches, especially in people over 50. It may be nothing or it may something serious in the brain like an infection or a tumour.<br />
6. Sudden weakness or numbness of the face, arm or leg on one side of the body.<br />
7. Loss of speech or trouble talking or understanding speech or blurring or loss of vision. This may indicate a stroke or a transient ischaemic attack.<br />
8. Confusion, changes in behaviour or thinking, disorientation, hallucinations are the warning signs of possible low blood sugar, possible head injury, side effects of drugs.<br />
9. Flashing lights in someone who has otherwise normal vision may be the beginning of retinal detachment.<br />
10. Hot, red or swollen joints indicate arthritis or joint infection.<br />
11. Fever (over 37.5 degree C) persisting over a week may mean a chronic underlying infection, cancer or some other illness.</em></p>
<p><strong>And the most important thing is DON’T treat serious health problems at home!</strong></p>

In this case you better keep a chocolate in your bag. The coffee and chocolate combination is a perfect double stimulator, less harmful than cigarettes and much better than brain stimulating pills. This method helps you get rid of headache and tiredness. In few hours you will begin to solve your problems like a modern computer. It is efficient also for people who have to mobilize fast. And it is important that chocolate is better to be consumed without drinks, unlike any other snacks.</p>
<p>When cooking the evening meal cook a double portion so that you could eat a part of it the next day.</p>

<p>Our advice for you is to try to eat healthier than you did before and the results will be soon impressive; your work will be better done, problems will be solved quicker and the most important – you’ll be much healthier eating healthy food at work.</p>
